Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be clearly displayed on the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
De-Californianize Austin is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will replace defective or incorrectly printed items at no additional cost.
